I need at least one new controller and a couple of new controller batteries too, so there would be more added expense to the Arcade. I crunched the numbers on it and it's a slightly better deal for me to get the Arcade. But the convenience of the MW2 one being shipped to my house and not having to make two trips to the store is worth it to me :) I know about the Walmart deal. They are offering the arcade system ($199) + $100 gift card, so essentially the system is $99, then you could use the card to get Modern Warfare 2, but I guess you'd still be out the 250 gig HD. I feel your pain with the Xbox though, I've had a couple die on me, 1 I modded so I couldn't send it in, and then the 2nd one just died a few months ago, just out of warranty so I just did what I mentioned above, bought an arcade and swapped the HD over.
